About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as an Oracle CPQ Developer. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong logical thinking, good programming knowledge, and a keen interest in learning Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions. You will be trained on the Oracle CPQ platform and work alongside Senior Developers to implement and customize solutions for our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, developing, and configuring Oracle CPQ applications based on business requirements.
  • Work on BMQL (BigMachines Query Language), BML (BigMachines Language), and integrations with other systems (CRM/ERP).
  • Develop and maintain Commerce processes, Document Designer templates, and Pricing rules in Oracle CPQ.
  • Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver quality solutions.
  • Participate in unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting application issues.
  • Learn and apply Oracle CPQ best practices to ensure scalability and performance.
  • Prepare technical documentation for configurations and customizations.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Expertise in Java or .NET
  • Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and basic SQL, REST/SOAP API’s is a must
  • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn Oracle CPQ and other cloud-based tools.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Internship or project experience in web development or cloud applications is preferred

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in Java development.
  • Solid knowledge of REST API design and development.
  • Strong exposure towards Spring Boot, React.js
  • Proven ability to quickly understand and work with third-party applications.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
  • Hands-on experience in Spring Framework – MVC, JAVA EE, Web technologies like HTML, CSS, jQuery
  • Experience with Bootstrap Framework
  • Should be comfortable working with any of the mentioned databases: MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.
  • Good to have exposure in any one of the cloud infrastructure platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Profound insight into Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management, etc.)
  • Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)
  • Skilled in secure, modular, testable backend design
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and clear communication
